By the way my company (ThreatSTOP) is getting a lot of interest in our sanctions related lists of IP addresses because many organization feel the easiest way to be sure they are compliant is to simply block all communication with Russia and Russia related sanctioned entities.
I'm currently struggling to create domain name lists (any idea how many different Sberbank subsidiaries there are?) and hopefully we'll have something out in the next day or two with a plan to improve it over time.
