Manufacturers Face Restrictions
Huh, I'm betting they're not aware of that for anything other than acquisition for procurement of systems.
Doesn't surprise me a bit. It's NOT DOD's job to do that, it falls to 'other' agencies.
What I don't understand is why they are just now being added, it's not like they weren't 'known' back in the 2008-10 timeframe, maybe the names were 'changed' to protect the 'investments'??? Who knows...
